Classic Auto Loans

Finding Financial Services, specializing in loans for all types of Classic, Antique, Muscle, Sports, Luxury, and Exotic Automobiles can be a chore.

With the advent of the internet, classic auto loans has become a lot easier for the classic auto enthusiast to find a loan company to help in financing his purchase of a classic car.

The difficulty of finding a lender is as easy as clicking your mouse. It now makes it so much easier to locate a lender that specializes in classic auto loans.

When looking for someone to finance your classic auto, take a look at specialty lenders that deal in classic auto financing.

Thus they will have interest rates at a more reasonable rate than those of a regular lender.

As well, they will have a better idea of what your car is worth, this will help so you won’t need to provide a lot of extra documentation to prove your classic car is worth the amount you want to finance it for.

These types of lenders will also help you out by lending you extra for restoration purposes.

Now with banks normally approving financing of new cars, their interest rates on classic auto loans are likely to be a bit higher than those of a specialty lender.

As well, you’ll need to bring extra paperwork in order to prove that your car is worth the amount that you’re borrowing.

The blue book value of a very old car is going to be next to nothing, so you will be required to prove that either its improvements or its restoration has raised the value of the car.

Doing this will make your loan less of a risk to your lender, so it’s better to arrive at the bank well prepared.

Classic Auto Cars - Restoration

Classic Auto Cars - Restoration

By Robin Shortt

Do you have an old car you think is ready for the scrap heap? It could be a classic auto car that could be restored to its original condition. To find out if it is a classic, do a search on the internet.

Old classics are hard to come by. If you happen to have one you could restore it yourself, or sell it to a collector and let them restore it. Its funny how when someone says they have an old classic car in the back forty and somebody asks to look at it, as soon as the owner thinks someone is interested in their piece of junk.

Dollar signs dance around in their head. Don't worry a classic car collector already knows the value of your classic car, so don't think you can put one over on him. Anyway, classic auto cars are dwindling in numbers and the more we save and restore now, the more we will be able to enjoy with our children and grand children years later .

Think about all the cars that are around now, they pretty much all look the same. The old classic auto cars have a personality all their own. If you can help someone restore one of these cars by selling it to them at a good price. Then we all benefit don't we. If you want sell your car there are plenty of websites on the internet that will help you with this.

Antique And Vintage Cars

Antique And Vintage Cars And Their Allure

By Robin Shortt

Generally speaking, antique cars are those that are at least 25 years of age. The costs of insurance policies for antique cars are also very low and tend to vary between $100 and $250 per year to meet minimum legal requirements.

These cars are usually viewed at car shows because most are not driven around anymore. Vintage cars are typically exposed to such light service that they are not expected to have any valve seat problems.

Classic cars are generally considered to be high-quality vehicles from the pre-World War II era. Unrestored original antique cars are extremely hard to fine, especially the low-production ones. I've been told that these cars are hard to find and when you do find one the price is out of this world.

Many run of the mill antique cars are worth a lot less then its street rodded sister. These older cars are seldom suited to long pre-touring runs and carrying them on trailers is a costly business.

The antique cars are always very busy during the summer and is one family ride that families like to take when they are in that part of the park. Vintage and antique cars are now fetching record prices at auction.

Most antique cars are owned by private collectors who don't advertise rentals, but in fact many of them are more than willing to provide the service. Collectors of these cars are ever eager to display the vehicle they have spent time and money refurbishing.

These classic cars are exempt from Personal Property Taxation. These cars are always a head turner anywhere in the world. Antique cars are more likely to be stolen.

These vintage cars are generally prided and kept in pristine condition. They are even more damage prone than regular cars and the worst part is that their repairs are costlier too.

What is more amazing is how owner's of these antique cars maintain their priceless vehicle. Restoring and driving these cars is not a sport for paupers though. The Ford Model T Pickup truck was the truck that began the great tradition of American pickups.

By Robin Shortt

There are many classic car transport companies offering worldwide vehicle transportation solutions to individuals. A lot of these transporters require the vehicle to be driven up ramps to be loaded and do not have a way to tow it into place.

Not only does enclosed transport protect the vehicle from road debris, weather and exhaust, but it also provides more security as the driver may stay overnight in some areas.

six-car enclosed trailers, four-car enclosed trailers, and two-car non-stacking enclosed trailers. A lot of auto transporters of classic vehicles offer to deliver from door-to-door or to you the customer. Many of these companies will accept non-running vehicles as well.

While searching for a company to move your vehicle, ask if classic and vintage vehicle transport is what their main activity is. As well ask them if they contract out transporting to a third party.

You should only deal with companies that focus mainly with classic vehicle transport. Also to protect yourself and vehicle, make sure their insurance coverage is the best available.

When transporters give a time frame for delivery they will give you a shipment window rather than an axact date. If you’re lucky enough to get an exact date, get it in writing.

You should also check over your transporters records. What are the offers and guarantees they are offering. If after you've looked over everything thourghly, and everything looks good, use them to transport your classic beauty.
